At Bhussinga, we’ve now reached 5,000 trees planted — 50% of our 10,000-tree target.
As planting continues, our team is carrying out soil sampling across the site — measuring potential impact by establishing a baseline for soil organic carbon and long-term carbon capture.

🌳 Data linked directly to planting on the ground
Species planted so far:
Apricot, Peach, Walnut, Pear, Almond
Next phase:
We will now add native pine trees to the programme — restoring degraded slopes, improving soil stability, and supporting biodiversity.
Planting will continue through to 10,000 trees by the end of June, aligned with the start of the monsoon — the optimal time for establishment and growth.
From soil to data — this is how we measure impact before it happens.
